 Ted GrafeTed Grafe is the North Bay PR marketing manager for Burr Pilger Mayer (BPM), a full-service accounting and business consulting firm. He leads the firm's public relations services consulting practice, which specializes in providing business-to-business strategic communications. Prior to joining BPM, Ted directed the media bureau for a national PR agency based in San Francisco serving professional service industry clients including law firms, accounting firms and financial services companies. Ted's experience and expertise make him a great asset to the Leap Solutions Group. His Santa Rosa heritage goes back three generations. He is a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa Class XXIV, and a board member of Tomorrow's Leaders Today and Legal Aid of Sonoma County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Oregon in Eugene. |
 Nic GutierrezNic has worked in the group insurance market as a senior executive since 1989. He currently is the President of Entra Health Insurance Services headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA. He has advised organizations on how to enhance offerings within their employee benefits and develop programs to strengthen their offerings within financial parameters. His experience with top-tier organizations including Travelers, CIGNA, Blue Shield, and Adecco HR Services has enabled him to develop creative employee benefit solutions for his clients. His business philosophy is to identify the core business needs of the client by focusing on human resources, benefits administration compliance, online services, and employee communications. In addition to his excellent client services, Nic is proud to have founded the Christmas in July charity, which raises funds for various childcare programs in the Bay Area. Nic received his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, with a minor in psychology, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. |
